McDougall's Power Equipment are pleased to announce we are now participating in a chainsaw operation and maintenance courses ran in conjunction with GlobalNet Academy.  They are being hosted by Marcus Thalmann a friendly and relaxed qualified trainer.
 
The course will be run usually from 9:00am to 4:30 pm.


Courses are generally ran in the Kingborough / Southern region.

Upcoming course dates:   Aug 31st, Sep 28th, Oct 26th, Nov 30th

 
Some of you may wish to do the course simply to try out a range of chainsaws to see which one may suit your requirements when deciding what new saw to purchase.  We will be using:
 
Husqvarna 592xp
Husqvarna 562xp
Husqvarna 550xp II
Husqvarna 450E

All participants can complete the first part of the course, and gain an assessment certification up to 12 months after the course.  

Please bring steel cap boots, gloves, safety glasses, sunscreen if needed, drinks, morning tea and lunch with you.
 
Helmet, earmuffs and chainsaw chaps will be provided.

You can bring your own chainsaw if you wish, as long as it is in good working condition and all safety devices are operational.
